Jessica has successfully defended multitudes of unfounded unethical, illegal, and substandard practice allegations.

Nicole Rudnicki focuses on education law, civil rights, and employment law, with a particular commitment to disability rights. She holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in Early Childhood/Special Education from Mercyhurst University. Before entering her current role, she represented individuals with disabilities and their families in special education, disability benefits, and related legal matters.

Lori has experience in family law and civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defect, and contractual disputes, with a strong focus on investigating complex disputes, analyzing evidence, and developing effective legal strategies. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and holds a BA in Sociology from the University of North Texas. She is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon and takes a client-centered approach focused on careful preparation, sound judgment, and each client’s individual goals.
