Northwest native attorney Jessica Creager will fight so that one mistake or unfounded complaint will not prevent you from practicing your profession.  Jessica knows that a disciplinary review or investigation can happen to anybody, the findings can have lasting effects, and those desiring to regain security and status in their profession need an attorney to navigate each department’s unique policies and procedures. Jessica brings to her practice, strength, experience, and local knowledge that make a difference in her client’s cases.

Focusing on professional licensure defense, Jessica represents clients throughout Washington State in adjudicative hearings for professional licensing disciplinary actions and administrative proceedings, including successful defense of unfounded allegations of unethical, illegal, and substandard practices.

Jessica’s hands-on approach and persuasive and diligent advocacy when helping clients ensures the best defense when a legal obstacle confronts your license. For over a decade, Jessica has been committed to protecting your rights. Before joining Seattle Litigation Group, Jessica worked at an established legal malpractice office, advocating for professional ethics, and helping Washington individuals who had been harmed by a lawyer’s breach of the standard of care or fiduciary duty.

In addition to helping Washington individuals and businesses through her practice, Jessica considers it a priority to volunteer her time and legal services. As a committed member of her community, Jessica proudly served as a board member for the Washington Lawyers for the Arts, and she continues to produce artwork and show in the area. When Jessica isn’t in the office, she also enjoys hiking with her family, painting, photography, and raising several pets.
