Nicole Rudnicki focuses her practice on education law, civil rights, and employment law. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work and is passionate about promoting equal access, protecting individual rights, and advancing opportunities for people with disabilities.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Seattle University Law Review, worked as a law clerk for an education rights firm, and completed an externship with the Office of Administrative Hearings. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood/Special Education from Mercyhurst University and worked with children and young adults with disabilities in a variety of educational and community settings. This background continues to inform her approach to the law and her commitment to advocating for individuals and families.
Before joining Seattle Litigation Group, Nicole represented individuals with disabilities and their families in matters involving special education and school law, disability benefits advocacy, protection orders, and long-term planning. She values taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances, listening to their concerns, and helping them navigate complex legal issues with clarity and care.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Nicole now calls the Pacific Northwest home. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, rock climbing, and pursuing her latest art project.
