Roger worked in banking for a decade before he became an attorney.  That experience taught him the importance of customer service. It also showed him the many ways that big corporations can mistreat employees. He went to law school with a passion for worker’s rights advocacy that continues to this day.

Roger supports clients through legal research, drafting pleadings, and court filings. He takes a client-centered approach to ensure every voice is heard and is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex legal matters and achieve meaningful outcomes.
